On Call Casual Caretaker(s) I - Airdrie Area

RVS invites applications for the on-call, casual positions of Caretaker I for the 2023-2024 school year for the Airdrie Area . Caretaker I, on call casuals, are called to work on an as needed basis, at any of our schools for all Rocky View Areas. You must be available a minimum of 8 instructional days per month, be accessible by telephone and internet, and provide your own transportation. All candidates must be available for an interview.

Education/Experience

• Previous cleaning experience is considered an asset
• Certifications from cleaning organization is considered an asset
• Previous experience within a school division is considered an asset
• An equivalent combination of Education and Experience may be considered

Knowledge/Skills

• Basic knowledge of proper cleaning procedures
• Ability to successfully work in a team environment as well as independently with minimal
  supervision
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Pre-employment Requirements

• The successful candidate(s) must submit a current Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check within 30 days of the start of your employment
• Proof of qualifications/education as required by the position
